Tender No. 22/2026 — Construction of Work Package 01 near Karachi

A Public Sector Organization invites sealed tenders from pre-qualified/enlisted and security-wise cleared civil works contractors for construction of Work Package 01.

Tender documents are available during working hours (0900–1600 Hrs, Monday–Friday) from the issuing office in Islamabad against a fee of Rs. 5,000. Issuance of tender documents will close one day earlier than the bid opening date.

Bid security: Fixed bid security of Rs. 4.00 million must be submitted with financial bids in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from scheduled banks of Pakistan. If a Bank Guarantee is submitted it must expire at least six months from the date of bid opening and be in favor of "Director Finance Works." Bid security must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope with the name of the work clearly marked.

Submission requirements: Two copies of the BOQ (one original and one photocopy) shall be submitted, both sealed, pre-signed and stamped with the name of the work on the envelope. Rates must be written in figures and words in separate columns; in case of conflict the rate in words shall prevail. Tender will not be issued or accepted by post/courier/telegraphic means. The Tender Evaluation Committee may demand analysis of quoted rates. Incomplete or non-responsive bids may be rejected.
