Additional conditions:
- Nomination forms will be issued only to members who have cleared all dues up to date; defaulters will not be allowed to contest.

- Entry to the election venue will be allowed only to members on production of original NADRA valid CNIC or original AGM notices.
- No proxy voting is permitted. Members/voters with multiple plots/memberships may cast only one vote.
- Joint owners must submit an undertaking on Rs. 100/- stamp paper for casting a vote or obtaining a nomination form in any one of the joint names.
