FTC Management Company (Pvt.) Ltd invites applications from qualified, experienced and financially sound contractors/firms for prequalification to carry out inspection, testing, preventive maintenance, servicing and repair of the FTC Building fire‑fighting systems and IP CCTV network in accordance with applicable NFPA codes and manufacturers' recommendations.
Scope includes the following systems:

Only prequalified firms will be invited to participate in the subsequent quotation/tendering process.
