Good communication and interpersonal skills; MS Office proficiency; understanding of HR functions. Process disciplinary cases at all stages (suspension, investigation, charge sheet, enquiry, decision, appeal), manage case files, prepare charge sheets and notices, coordinate with investigation/legal parties, prepare and process cases for consideration of competent authority, maintain records and supporting documentation, and perform related HR case management tasks as assigned. |
| Senior Officer — MIS (OG-II / OG-I) | Unit Head — MIS | Minimum graduation or equivalent from an HEC‑recognized local or international university/college/institute. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in IT preferred. | Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience; experience in similar roles within the financial sector preferred. |
Good communication and interpersonal skills; MS Office proficiency; understanding of HR functions. Maintain and update HR MIS/databases on a daily basis, compile and consolidate data from departments, prepare and reconcile MIS records and reports, develop dashboards and analytical reports, ensure accuracy of HR data, and manage timely submission of MIS information. |
| Senior Officer — Staff Loans & Welfare (OG-III / OG-II / OG-I) | Head — Staff Loans & Welfare | Minimum graduation or equivalent from an HEC‑recognized local or international university/college/institute. Candidates with a Master’s degree preferred. | Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HR operations/HR services; experience in banking/financial institutions or insurance preferred. Exposure to hospitalization claim management and medical information systems preferred. |
Knowledge of HR operations and medical/claim processes; MS Office proficiency; SAP‑HCM knowledge preferred. Handle staff loan and welfare processes, process hospitalization and medical claims in line with Bank SOPs, scrutinize medical bills and supporting documents, maintain records and logs, coordinate with stakeholders for verification and approvals, prepare related reports, ensure compliance with internal controls and audit observations, and perform other assigned duties. |
Assessment: Only shortlisted candidates meeting eligibility criteria will be invited for test and/or panel interview.
Employment Type: Contractual engagement for a specified period (as per Bank policy), with compensation and benefits aligned to NBP rules.
