Eligibility & submission: Contractors/firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with code CE-09 or CE-10 and registered on the Punjab PPRA portal for 2026-27. Bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) and submit bids online via https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. A 5% Earnest Money (as quoted above) in favour of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Chakwal is required per e-Procurement rules. Quoted rates must be item-wise; incomplete or unfilled bids will be rejected. Submission deadline: bids to be submitted up to 02:00 PM on 2026-11-17; technical bids will be opened at 02:30 PM on the same day in the office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Chakwal.
