Mari Energies Limited invites interested parties to participate in an auction of surplus, Islamabad-registered vehicles available at its Head Office in Islamabad. Inspection, earnest money, bid submission instructions and terms are listed below.

Inspection: Vehicles can be inspected from 09:00 to 15:30 hours, 26 Oct 2026 to 30 Oct 2026.

Earnest Money: Interested parties must deposit 10% earnest money in the form of a Banker’s Cheque, individually for each vehicle, favoring Mari Energies Limited. Cheques will not be accepted.

Bid Submission: Submit sealed bids (with Banker’s Cheque and applicable taxes) at the tender box placed at Mari Energies Limited Head Office, Islamabad by 02 Nov 2026 at 16:00 hours.

Successful Bidder Obligations: The successful bidder must deposit the full amount by bank draft and transfer ownership of the vehicle into their name before taking possession. Failure to make payment within the prescribed time will result in forfeiture of the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD).

Reservation: Mari Energies Limited reserves the right to cancel or forego the auction process at any time without prior notice.
