COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI), Lahore Campus invites bids for the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and operation & maintenance of a net‑metering based 990 kWp on‑grid solar PV system at CUI Lahore Campus.
Bids are invited through the Federal PPRA e‑Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) under Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure from contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in C‑3 or above and meeting applicable tax registration and Active Taxpayer List (ATL) requirements of FBR.
