Bidding documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and the Punjab PPRA website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Bids must be prepared and submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement portal in accordance with portal instructions.
A separate bid security equal to 2% of the estimated value for each quoted lot must be furnished in the form, validity and manner stated in the bidding documents in favour of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Murree. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days from the submission deadline.
Submission deadline: 2026-11-07 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM via the e-Punjab Procurement Portal in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The procuring agency may accept or reject bids in accordance with Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
