How to apply: Register and bid through the Punjab e‑Auction Portal (https://eauction-health.punjab.gov.pk/login) as per the published eligibility criteria and auction document. Soft copies of EMD instruments must be uploaded to the portal; the original instrument must be submitted physically to the office of the Principal within ten days of announcement of evaluation results.
Additional rules: Bidding will start from the advertised reserve price and successive offers must exceed the previous offer by at least 1% of the reserve price. If a bid is received during the last minute, the auction time will be extended by five minutes. Successful applicants will be published on the relevant website. The auction will be conducted under the Auction Policy 2025 notified by the SHC&ME Department.
