Candidates having Law and/or Master’s degree or any other relevant professional certification preferred. | Minimum 2 years of work experience in Human Resources. Good communication/interpersonal skills, service orientation, knowledge of MS Office applications, understanding of HR functions. Duties include processing disciplinary cases, enquiries, suspensions, investigations, preparation of case papers and related HR records. |
| Senior Officer – MIS (OG-II/OG-I) | Unit Head – MIS | Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college (institute recognized by the HEC). Candidates having bachelor’s degree in IT preferred. | Experience in maintaining and updating MIS databases and records, compiling consolidated data, preparing MIS reports and dashboards, using MS Excel and MIS tools. Good communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of SAP/HRMS would be an advantage. |
| Officer – Staff Loans & Welfare (OG-III/OG-II) | Wing Head – Staff Loans & Welfare | Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college (institute recognized by the HEC). Candidates having Master’s degree preferred. | Experience in HR operations, staff loans, and welfare functions; exposure to hospitalization/medical claim management and processing preferred. Knowledge of MS Office, good communication, record keeping, processing of medical and hospitalization claims, and ensuring compliance with policies and SOPs. |
