Punjab Highway Department invites online tenders via the PPRA e‑Procurement System for Special Repair works for snow removal and related services in Murree Hills for the year 2026‑27. Eligible firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/code (ME07 – General Mechanical Works). Bidders must register on the Punjab e‑procurement portal and submit bid security equal to 2% of the engineer’s estimate through digital online payment via the Punjab e‑Procurement System (linked with BOP). Physical bid securities (CDR, pay order, draft, cashier’s cheque etc.) will not be accepted.
Bids submitted on the website will be retrieved and opened in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee on 2026-11-10 at 11:30 AM; contractors may attend the office of the Commissioner at that time. Submission of forged documents or false information (e.g., fake CDR/receipt) will lead to disqualification, blacklisting and further action.
