Submission & opening times: Tenders will close at 14:30 hours and be opened in public at 15:00 hours on the dates indicated above at Gas House, 1st Floor, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore. Tender documents can be purchased up to one day before each tender opening, from 11:00 to 12:30 hours on any working day for international tenders; local tender documents can be obtained via PPRA/EPADS.
Eligibility & requirements: Local manufacturers/suppliers wishing to quote must provide copies of valid Sales Tax registration, Income Tax and latest Professional Tax certificates with their request to purchase tender documents. For local tenders, bids must be submitted on EPADS and an original/duplicate hard copy of the bid quoted on EPADS along with the original bid bond must be submitted on or before the closing time/date.
Tender fee & bid security: Tender fee (only for international tenders) Rs. 2,500/- (non-refundable) payable by pay order/demand draft in favor of SNGPL. Bid security amount is 2% (excluding GST) of the estimated tender value as mentioned in tender documents.
