Project Implementation Unit (PIU), Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) — Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA), Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids (One-Envelope Bidding) for the procurement of Load Balancer/WAF, Offline Backup Solution and Existing HCI Warranty & Support Renewal under the PULSE Project. Financing has been received from the World Bank toward the project.

Bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage One-Envelope national market approach in accordance with the World Bank's Procurement Regulations. Eligible bidders having relevant experience for the listed procurements may obtain bidding documents during office hours (0900–1700) and may download the bidding document in English from the PULSE project website. Electronic bids will not be permitted.
All bids must be delivered to the address below by 1100 hours on 2026-11-18. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened at 1100 hours on 2026-11-18 in the presence of bidders' designated representatives. Each bid must be accompanied by the required Bid Security in the form of CDR or an unconditional bank guarantee.
