Public Sector Organization Tender Notice K06/2026 — Sealed Tenders for Equipment, Spares and Services (FOR Karachi)

Issuing organization: A Public Sector Organization (Manager – Procurement).

Purpose: Invites sealed tenders on F.O.R. Karachi basis from reputable firms, stockists, dealers, wholesalers and manufacturers registered with the tax authorities for a large schedule of goods, equipment, spares and services (multiple items and packages each with its own tender number and individual closing/opening dates).

Eligibility: Firms must be registered with the tax department and have their own offices with telephone number and NTN/STRN.

Tender documents & purchase: Tender documents are available on request; documents are issued against company letterhead with contact details and tax registration. A pay order / bank draft is required to obtain each tender document (refer to tender document for the exact amount and payment payee).

Submission & opening: Sealed tenders must be submitted before the specified closing time for each listed tender package; each package has its own closing and opening date/time as published in the tender schedule. Bids received after the stated closing times will not be accepted.

How to proceed: Interested bidders should obtain the relevant tender document for the specific item(s) they wish to bid on, follow the payment and submission instructions provided in that document, and deliver sealed bids to the Manager (Procurement) by the published closing time for each package.
