National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications for the position of Branch Manager (AVP) in the Aitemaad Islamic Banking division. Selected candidates will be responsible for managing branch operations, Islamic banking product marketing, achievement of targets, compliance, staff development and customer service.

| Key skills & knowledge | Branch banking operations and Islamic banking products; AML/CFT and SBP Prudential Regulations; customer relationship, sales and business development; leadership and staff management; compliance and risk management |
| Main responsibilities (summary) | Overall management of branch affairs, business acquisition and retention (ETB/NTB customers), achievement of targets/KPIs, delivery of annual business plan/targets, branch budgeting and performance tracking, customer service and turnaround time (TAT) adherence, staff training and development, cross-selling, document control, compliance with banking rules, and coordination with Branch Operations & Management for audits and controls. |
