Issuer: University of Health Sciences Lahore (Examination Department). Purpose: Framework contract for procurement of miscellaneous items, original toners, stationery, electric items, IT equipment, printing material and paper reams. Tender No.: UHS/PUR/FW/26-27/376.
Bids are invited from sole manufacturers / authorized distributors / authorized dealers registered with sales tax/income tax. Single-stage two-envelope bidding will be followed through the Punjab E-Procurement System (PEPs) under PPRA Punjab rules. Firms must deposit 2% refundable earnest money online to the Treasurer, University of Health Sciences, Lahore, as per PPRA Rule 27.
Bid submission: Bids must be quoted only on the Punjab E-Procurement System (PEPs), PPRA Punjab by 03:00 PM on 2026-11-13. Tender opening: 03:30 PM on 2026-11-13 in the presence of representatives of participating firms.
Bidding documents are available on UHS (www.uhs.edu.pk), PEPs and PPRA Punjab websites. Procurement will be governed by PPRA Punjab rules.
