Rehmatul-lil-Alameen Post Graduate Institute of Cardiology (PESSI), Multan Road, Lahore invites re-tenders for framework contracts for supply of medical disposables, surgical sutures, cardiology/radiology disposables and miscellaneous/contingency items for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must be registered firms, manufacturers, sole distributors or suppliers and active taxpayers.
Submission and opening will follow the Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure via PPRA e-Procurement as specified in the bidding documents. Bid security for each package is 2% of the estimated price. Standard bidding documents, scope/specifications and submission instructions are available through the PPRA e-Procurement portal. The Medical Superintendent is the issuing authority.
