CDA Invitation to e-Bid for FIA Headquarters Construction & Renovation Works — Bids Due 29 July 2026

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids for multiple construction and renovation works at the FIA Headquarters in Islamabad (sectors referenced in the notice as G-94 / G-9/4), including the Construction of a Counter Terrorism Wing, additional rooms and façade uplift, cafeteria construction, and renovation/revamping of blocks and the Global Interpol Academy.

Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by 29 July 2026; bids will be opened the same day. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and provide the required bid security. Procurement will follow Single Stage One Envelope Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) per Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Manual submissions are not accepted. For queries contact Dy.
