The Higher Education Commission (HEC) invites applications from eligible national and international consulting firms, including joint ventures (JVs), for prequalification to undertake an Independent Third‑Party Review of the Higher Education Commission and HEC‑funded higher education institutions. Prequalified firms will be invited to participate in the subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP) process.
