LESCO invites electronic bids through E-PADS on 'Single Stage One Envelope' tendering procedure for various construction and development works.

Eligibility

Eligible bidders are construction companies duly licensed and renewed for the year 2025-26 by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the specified technical and financial categories.

A complete set of bidding documents for each work is available and can be downloaded from the PPRA E-PADS Portal (www.epads.gov.pk) till 11:00 AM on 07-05-2026. Bid security (in original) must be delivered physically to the office of Deputy Manager Civil Construction Division GSC LESCO by the same deadline.

'Single Stage One Envelope' tendering procedure with 'Least Cost Method' will be adopted. This tender advertisement is also available on PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk) and LESCO website (www.lesco.gov.pk). Non-submission of physical bid security will lead to non-responsiveness. A 10% performance security is required from the successful bidder within 28 days of acceptance.
