Key shortlisting criteria include: at least five (05) years' relevant international experience in carbon markets, carbon credit programmes/project development, GHG emissions accounting, monitoring, reporting and verification (MRV), and successful issuance of carbon credits covering transport and waste recycling sectors; demonstrated comparable experience with at least three (03) similar projects in private/public sector or donor-funded projects of comparable scale and complexity; and demonstrated organizational, technical and managerial capacity. Firms must submit verifiable evidence of contracts, personnel, and technical capacity as requested in the TORs.
Expressions of Interest must be delivered in writing to the address above on or before the stated deadline.
