The Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan, invites applications from eligible national and international consulting firms, including joint ventures (JVs), for prequalification to undertake an Independent Third-Party Review of the Higher Education Commission and HEC-funded higher education institutions. Prequalified firms will be invited to participate in the subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP) stage.
