Port Qasim Authority (PQA) invites sealed e-bids for the Annual Repair & Maintenance Contract for PQA Water Works. Funds have been reserved for the procurement planned for FY 2026/27 and part of the proceeds will be applied to cover eligible payments under contract reference P93745.
Procurement will follow Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, Authority Regulations and Procurement Guidelines. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit electronic bids only through the EPADS platform.
