Main responsibilities include supporting development, implementation and monitoring of the Roshan Digital Account product and related processes; assisting in onboarding and end-to-end customer journeys across digital channels; tracking account opening volumes, onboarding conversion rates, activation levels and other KPIs; preparation and maintenance of product program documents (BRDs, SOPs, process flows and product-related reports); coordination with Technology, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Marketing, Channels and Remittance partners; supporting user acceptance testing, training and product-related reporting; and preparing periodic MIS, dashboards and presentations for Product Manager and Head of Product / RDA management.
