The Higher Education Commission (HEC) invites eligible national and international consulting firms, including joint ventures, to apply for pre-qualification to undertake an Independent Third-Party Review of the Higher Education Commission and HEC-funded higher education institutions. Pre-qualified firms will be invited to participate in the subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP).
