| Design Engineer | B.E. or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics | Fresh graduates or 1 to 2 years' experience, preferably in the automotive industry. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D modelling software (SolidWorks, CATIA). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). |
| Quality Engineer | Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Minimum 3 years' experience. Familiarity with quality tools: MSA, FMEA, SPC, process capability (CPK). Ability to read/interpret engineering drawings. Knowledge of root-cause analysis tools including 5 Whys and the 7 QC Tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills; knowledge of Kaizen & Lean Manufacturing. Knowledge of IATF 16949 and Integrated Management Systems (IMS); familiarity with ERP/SAP preferred. |
