Key instructions: Bidding will be carried out through the Punjab e‑Procurement system (registered bidders only). Complete Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, terms and conditions and submission procedure are available on the e‑Procurement portal and PPRA website. Technical and Financial proposals must be prepared per RFP instructions and submitted via e‑Procurement. The Technical Proposal will be opened online and manual bids will not be accepted. Single‑stage, two‑envelope procedure under PPRA rules applies. Firms must upload required documents, company profile, past performance, technical/managerial capabilities and after‑sales service details. All applicable taxes will be payable to the Government of Pakistan. Submission of forged documents will lead to blacklisting and termination per PPRA rules. The procuring agency may reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
Submission/Opening: E‑bids will be retrieved and opened by the Tender Opening Committee; bidders or their authorized representatives may attend at the Conference Room, MCH Block, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. For online RFP access and submission refer to the Punjab e‑Procurement portal and PPRA website.
