Bahria University invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the pre-qualification of reputable, experienced and financially sound Solar EPC contractors to design, supply, install, test and commission high-efficiency on-grid solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on a turnkey basis for Bahria University campuses in Karachi.

Mandatory pre-qualification criteria include:
- Valid legal registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-4 or above with specialized code EE-11.
- Active registration and compliance with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), with firms listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) eligible to apply.
- Demonstrated technical and project experience including a minimum period of experience in executing large-scale grid-connected commercial/institutional solar installations and a proven track record of delivered capacity.
- Financial capability supported by audited financial statements for preceding years.

Interested firms must submit comprehensive pre-qualification documents, including company profiles, legal and tax documentation, proof of experience and financial statements, as required in the EOI. Documents are to be submitted to the Deputy Director (Plans), Bahria University Head Office.
