Auction: 4,500 sq.ft. Restaurant Lease at Jilani Park, Lahore (10-year BOT)

Parks & Horticulture Authority (HAL), Jilani Park, Jail Road, Lahore invites sealed bids (single-stage, two-envelope) to lease 4,500 sq.ft. for development, maintenance and operation of a restaurant on a ten (10) year BOT (non-extendable) basis. Bids are sought from established national, international or multinational food chains, franchises and restaurants.

Tender documents (Rs.10,000 non-refundable) are available from the Office of the Staff Officer, Directorate of Coordination, HAL. Submit bids to the Office of the Addl. Managing Director, HAL by 30.07.2026 at 12:00 p.m.; bids will be opened on 30.07.2026 at 12:30 p.m. Bid security must be a CDR drawn in the name of "Parks & Horticulture Authority, Jilani Park, Jail Road, Lahore."
