FTC Management Company (Pvt.) Ltd (FMCL) invites qualified, experienced and financially sound contractors/firms for prequalification to undertake inspection, testing, preventive maintenance, servicing and repair of the FTC Building fire‑fighting systems and IP CCTV network in accordance with applicable NFPA codes and standards and manufacturers' recommendations.
Scope includes the following systems:

Only prequalified firms will be considered for participation in the subsequent quotation/tendering process.
