Eligibility and required documents: bidders must be on the Active Tax Payer List, must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan, and must hold Balochistan Revenue Authority registration. The bidder must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature and a turnover of at least PKR 14,000,000 in two preceding years. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-6 and above (up to PKR 25 million) in relevant category and specialized codes CE10 (General Buildings and Maintenance) and CE11 (General Engineering Works) is required. Last three years' audited accounts issued by audit firms registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) must be provided.
Procurement procedure and bid security: Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bid security of 3% must accompany the bids in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned.
Tender documents: Available from the office of the undersigned. Issuance of tender documents: from the date of publication of the NIT to 11 November 2026 during office hours on working days.
Submission and opening: Last date for bid submission: 11 November 2025 till 10:00 AM. All tenders will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the office of the undersigned.
