How to apply: Bid Solicitation Documents (BSDs) are available for download on the EPADS KP-PPRA portal: https://portalkp.procure.gov.pk/#/. All bids must be uploaded via the EPADS portal; bids submitted by other means will not be accepted. Bidders must submit the original physical bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) for the prescribed amount, payable in the name of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Haripur, delivered to the Office of the Medical Superintendent before the CDR deadline below.
Deadlines and timings: Original CDR must be submitted before 10:30 AM on 2026-11-16. Bids will be opened on 2026-11-16 at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the Office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Haripur.
Other conditions: Approved rates will remain effective until 2027-06-30 or until finalization of the next tender. All government taxes will apply as per law. All bidders must be registered with FBR and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) where applicable.
