Final Show Cause Notice to Mr. Abdullah Laghari, Lecturer (BPS-17) — Response within 7 Days

Issuer: Government of Sindh, College Education Department. Date of Notice: 2026-10-16.

Mr. Abdullah Laghari, Lecturer in English (BPS-17) at Government Boys Degree College, Qasimabad, Hyderabad, was earlier served a show cause notice dated 2026-09-11. He did not submit a reply and has remained continuously absent from Government service. His conduct is described as misconduct and violation of rules.

The department proposes to impose the major penalty of "Removal from service" under Rule 14(1)(b)(ii) of the Sindh Civil Servants (Efficiency & Discipline) Rules, 1973. Mr. Laghari is called upon to submit a reply to this Final Show Cause Notice within seven (07) days of receipt. He may also request to be heard in person.
