Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training — LDC (Balochistan Quota, BPS-11)

Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training invites applications from Pakistani nationals with Balochistan domicile for 1 post of Lower Division Clerk (LDC) under Balochistan quota. Applications must be submitted via the National Job Portal (njp.gov.pk) using the dedicated link for this recruitment exercise.

Key terms and conditions:

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews. Applicants already in government service or autonomous bodies/corporations must apply through the proper channel after obtaining NOC. Existing general age relaxation of 5 years applies; additional age relaxations will follow prevailing government rules. Balochistan domicile holders shall be allowed upper age relaxation of 5 years (instead of the usual 3 years) for this special exercise.

For posts up to BS-15 requiring trainable skills such as typing or basic computer proficiency, a one-time relaxation regarding possession of the prescribed skill at appointment time may be allowed; where required, selected candidates must acquire prescribed proficiency through departmental on-the-job training within probation. Original documents and attested copies (including IBCC/Board certificates and CNIC and domicile) must be presented at the time of interview. Any candidate found to have furnished false information will be cancelled and liable for action.

Recruitment may be conducted at district level (doorstep) with the help of Employment Cells established in the districts of Balochistan as a special case to ensure local recruitment. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
