Tender: Construction of Two Courts Building at Miro Khan, Kamber Shahdadkot (PEC C-6+)

Office of the Superintending Engineer (Judicial Works), Project Management & Implementation Unit, Communication & Works Department, Government of Sindh, Karachi invites sealed/e-bids for construction works at Miro Khan in District Kamber Shahdadkot.

Submission and opening: Tender receipt at 10:00 AM and opening at 10:30 AM on 2026-11-13 (1st attempt). Second attempt (if required) on 2026-11-30. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS (single-stage, two-envelope) as per SPPRA e-Procurement requirements; manual sealed submission to the office address is also noted where applicable.

Key requirements and conditions: 5% bid security of the bid amount (call deposit/pay order) and a tender fee of PKR 3,000. Bid validity 90 days. Eligible firms must have valid PEC registration in appropriate specialization (C-6 or above), NTN and SRB registration, valid Sales Tax registration (SRB) with documentary evidence of tax status, and income tax returns for the last five years. Firms must provide affidavits regarding blacklisting, dispute history and other declarations; annual turnover and bank statements as specified; technical staff CVs and evidence of similar past works (minimum percentage requirements apply).
