Municipal Committee Chakwal invites sealed bids by public auction for the rights to monthly rent of the MC Food Court located near DDLG Office, Talagang Road, Chakwal. The awarded lease is for a period of 15 years and is extendable subject to re-assessment of rent at market rates. Terms and conditions are available from the Municipal Committee Chakwal during office hours (Regulation/Revenue Branch). For information call 0543-541127.
Interested parties may participate by submitting the required security deposit by pay order/Call Deposit along with a copy of their CNIC. Security must be deposited one day before the auction date (see deadline below). Bids will be accepted or rejected at the Committee's discretion.
