PPMC Chief Monitoring and Reporting Job 2026

Power Planning and Monitoring Company (PPMC) invites applications for the position of Chief Monitoring and Reporting. PPMC provides policy and technical support to the Ministry of Energy (Power Division) and monitors the performance of power sector entities.

The role leads PPMC’s Monitoring and Reporting Department, overseeing strategic monitoring frameworks, power sector plans, key performance indicators, performance contracts, regulatory compliance, data validation, and digital monitoring platforms. Responsibilities also include coordinating with power sector entities and preparing analytical briefs and performance reports.

Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized institution or university. A master’s degree in these engineering disciplines (18 years of education) will be an advantage. The qualification criteria also include CA, ACMA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or a master’s degree in Finance, MBA, or related fields with at least 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution or university.

Experience and skills: Candidates must have 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including five years in a senior management position in a reputable national or multinational organization. Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, communication, writing, and IT skills are required, along with integrity and the ability to handle confidential company information.

Age and remuneration: The maximum age is 60 years on the closing date. A market-based, competitive remuneration package will be offered according to the selected candidate’s skills and experience. The first three months will be on probation, with continuation subject to company policy.
