Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) has issued a public notice under Regulation 22 of the Private Housing Scheme Regulations 2021 (Amended) regarding the proposed revision and extension of Al-Rehman Garden Phase VIII, a project of M/s Gulshan-e-Iqbal Housing Developers.
Mr. Muhammad Mushtaq and others of Al-Rehman Developers, the custodians of the assets, rights and liabilities of Iqbal Garden Housing Scheme, have applied for revision and extension of the scheme formerly known as Iqbal Garden. The scheme is located at Kala Shah Kaku, Mouza Kallar, Tehsil Ferozwala, District Sheikhupura.

Anyone with an objection to the sanction of the housing scheme or the title of its land may submit a written objection to the Deputy Director Development Control, Development & Building Control Department, within 15 days of publication of this notice. This notice does not constitute a commitment by RUDA to approve the scheme.
