Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority Karachi has issued a public notice regarding the transfer of Plot No. 40C, 34 Street, Phase VIII-E, measuring approximately 100 square yards. The plot was co-owned by the late Mussarat Shaheen, wife of Nisar Ahmad, who passed away on 9 November 2022. She resided at House No. 15, 69 The Mall, Falcon Complex, Peshawar.
The following legal heirs have applied for transfer of the plot into their names:
