WAPDA Duber Khwar Power Station Tender for RTU Configuration and SCADA Services

Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), through the Resident Engineer (O&M), Duber Khwar Hydel Power Station, Pattan, invites electronic bids for remote terminal unit (RTU) services and equipment on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

The contract covers configuration, programming and installation of RTUs for transmitting telecommunication signals to ISMO under the SCADA III Project, together with the supply of two RTUs for Duber Khwar Power Station, Pattan.

Eligible bidders include original equipment manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers and contractors. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, appear on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List, and hold Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the appropriate category for electrical procurement and works.

Bidding documents, including terms, conditions, specifications and requirements, are available to registered bidders through EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS; manual bids will not be accepted. Procurement will follow the single-stage, single-envelope procedure.

The original bid security must be furnished as a CDR in favour of the Resident Engineer (O&M), Duber Khwar Power Station WAPDA, Pattan, and delivered to the Resident Engineer's office by the electronic bid closing deadline. Bids will be opened at the same office in Pattan, Lower Kohistan, in the presence of bidders' designated representatives.
