BISE Sargodha Tender for Parking Shed, Landscaping and Main Gate Improvements

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), Sargodha invites electronic bids from experienced, tax-registered firms, companies and contractors for construction and improvement works under the single-stage, two-envelope procedure.

Interested bidders must obtain the bidding documents and submit their bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System at ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login. Bidding documents include the evaluation criteria and contractual terms. Bids must comply with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended, and the Board's Works Rules 2013.

Only technically qualified firms will proceed to financial bid opening. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the work order amount before signing the contract, in the form of a CDR payable to the Secretary, BISE Sargodha.

Bidders should upload their submissions well before the deadline and direct requests for clarification through the e-Procurement System within the stipulated period. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel the tender before acceptance of a bid in accordance with the applicable procurement rules.
