FBR Corrigendum: Customs Bonded Warehouse Audit RFP Deadline Extended to 16 November 2026

The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Revenue Division, Government of Pakistan, has issued Corrigendum No. 1 to RFP Notice No. 4(4)-S(Admn)/2026 for hiring chartered accountant firms to conduct a third-party comprehensive audit of customs bonded warehouses. The proposal submission deadline has been extended from 2 November 2026 to 16 November 2026.

The selection method has been changed from Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) to Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS).

A pre-proposal meeting will be held on 3 November 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at FBR House, Constitution Avenue, G-5, Islamabad. Attendance is optional, and virtual participation is available through Zoom using Meeting ID 919 9621 0785 and passcode 186036.

The complete RFP document, including the terms of reference, scope of services, eligibility and qualification requirements, evaluation criteria, lot-allocation procedure, proposal forms and contract provisions, is available through EPADS v2.0 and the FBR and PPRA websites at www.fbr.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk. This corrigendum forms an integral part of the procurement documents and supersedes the corresponding provisions of the original advertisement.
