NADRA Lahore Auction of Technical Equipment and Scrap Through EPADS

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Regional Head Office Lahore, invites electronic bids through EPADS V2.0 for the disposal of beyond-economic-repair (BER) technical store items on an as-is, where-is basis. Items include all-in-one systems, Apple LCDs, networking equipment and scrap of all types.

Bidders should preferably be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for income tax and must be on the Active Taxpayer List.

Registered bidders can obtain bidding documents, detailed terms, specifications and requirements through EPADS V2.0. Bids must be submitted electronically by the deadline; manual bids will not be accepted. Original bid security must also reach the Admin Branch at the address below by 13 November 2026 at 11:00 AM.

The competent authority may reject all proposals before accepting a proposal under Rule 32 of the PPRA Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2026. The Grievance Redressal Committee notification is available through the EPADS vendor portal.
