Director Health Services Karachi Tender for Medical Equipment and Simulation Centre Supplies

The Office of the Director Health Services Karachi invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the supply of medical equipment, machinery, instruments, furniture and fixtures under ADP Scheme No. 810, Establishment of Simulation Centers, for the financial years 2026–27 and 2027–28.

Suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR or SRB, whichever is applicable, are eligible to participate. Procurement will follow Rule 46(1), Single-Stage Two-Envelope Procedure.

Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be viewed or downloaded at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/. Interested bidders must register at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration. Bids must be submitted through EPADS only; manual bids will not be accepted.

Bids prepared in accordance with the bidding documents must be submitted on EPADS by 30 November 2026 at 11:00 a.m. The original instrument for the tender fee of Rs. 3,000, together with the fixed bid security applicable to the quoted items, must reach the procuring agency before the electronic bid submission deadline.

Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. at Fatima Engineer Auditorium, Jinnah Sindh Medical University (JSMU), Karachi.

If the government announces a public holiday or unfavorable circumstances arise, bid submission and opening will take place on the next working day at the same venue and times. The purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all bids under the relevant provisions of SPP Rules 2010.
