Islamabad Club invites applications from talented, qualified and motivated candidates for contract-based positions under the Balochistan quota.

Strong market knowledge, vendor sourcing and negotiation skills, understanding of PPRA rules and procurement procedures, and excellent analytical, contract management, communication and vendor management skills are required. |
| HVAC Supervisor | 1 | 18–40 years | DAE-HVAC with minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in HVAC operation and maintenance, preferably in a club, hotel, commercial building or large facility. Responsibilities include supervising HVAC technicians and overseeing the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of absorption chillers, AHUs, FCUs and split air-conditioning systems; ensuring safe and reliable operations; implementing preventive and corrective maintenance; optimizing system performance and energy efficiency; and minimizing equipment downtime. |
| CCTV Technician | 1 | 18–35 years | DAE in Electrical or equivalent, with 2–3 years of relevant experience as a CCTV Technician. Hands-on expertise in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and monitoring of CCTV systems, together with proficiency in networking setup and DVR/NVR configuration. |
| Painter | 2 | 18–35 years | Matric or below Matric, with 2–3 years of relevant experience in painting and surface finishing. Familiarity with basic painting tools and techniques is required. |
| Technical Helper/Mason/Labour | 4 | 18–35 years | Matric or below Matric, with minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience. A diploma or certificate in the relevant technical discipline will be preferred. |
| Ground Man (Riding & Polo Ground) | 2 | 18–40 years | Matric or below Matric, with minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Ground Man in a reputable organization or any riding/polo club. Duties include grassing, watering, sanding and general ground maintenance. |
Application procedure: Applications must be submitted through the National Job Portal at http://njp.gov.pk, using the dedicated tab for this recruitment exercise, within fifteen days of publication. Incomplete applications and applications received after the closing date will not be entertained.
Walk-in interviews for Painter, Technical Helper/Mason/Labour and Ground Man positions will be conducted by the duly constituted selection committee. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview, and no TA/DA will be admissible.
Applicants serving in government departments, autonomous bodies or corporations must apply through the proper channel after obtaining NOCs from their respective departments or organizations.
In addition to the existing five-year general relaxation in the upper age limit under prevailing government rules and policy, all candidates will be allowed a further five-year upper-age relaxation beyond the existing three years for this special exercise.
For trainable skills, a one-time relaxation of the requirement to possess the prescribed skill at initial appointment will be allowed where none of the candidates have certifications at the time of selection. Proficiency will be assessed before confirmation, and failure to acquire it will be dealt with under the applicable probation and service rules.
The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies, withdraw the recruitment process, reject any application, or cancel the entire recruitment process in accordance with the rules.
