PAF Welfare School for Boys and Girls, Nawabshah, invites applications from energetic, competent and qualified candidates for the following positions.

| Principal | 2: one male and one female | Retired education officers from the Armed Forces: MA or MSc in any subject with at least 15 years of commissioned service. Civilian candidates: MA, MSc or MEd in any subject, with 5–15 years of teaching experience and 5–10 years of supervisory or administrative experience, including at least 15 years of aggregate experience at intermediate or degree college level. |
| Accounts Manager | 2 | BA, BSc, BS or BCom with five years of accounts experience. Preference for a computer-literate retired JCO from the Accounts Trade. |
| Admin Officer | 2 | Graduate; preference for a retired PAF JCO. |
| In-Charge Progress | 2 | MA, MSc or MS; preference for computer-literate candidates and PAF education instructors. |
Male and female candidates must be medically fit and no more than 50 years old. This age limit applies to retired Armed Forces personnel and civilian candidates. Applicants should be well acquainted with communication, administrative and management skills.
Candidates permanently terminated or dismissed from government or non-government institutions are ineligible. Candidates declared unfit by a public institution, or guilty of moral turpitude, financial embezzlement or criminal offences, are also ineligible. Applicants must provide a no-objection certificate from their previous institution.
Selected candidates will be offered attractive pay packages. Employment is contractual and renewable annually based on performance. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews, and no TA/DA will be admissible. The previous workplace of finally selected candidates will be contacted to verify their reputation. Concealment of facts or information may result in strict disciplinary action, including after selection.
