Pakistan Rangers Sindh Tender for Small Arms Spare Parts in Karachi

Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Sindh), Muslim Jinnah Courts, Dr. Zia-ud-Din Ahmed Road, Karachi, invites sealed tenders from manufacturers, distributors and sole agents for the supply of small arms spare parts. Tender reference: 1517/PROV/737/2026, dated 30 October 2026.

Participating manufacturers, distributors and sole agents must be registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax departments, be active tax filers with FBR, and hold valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council where applicable.

Tender forms may be obtained from the Ordnance Branch, Pakistan Rangers (Sindh), from 9 November 2026 to 19 November 2026 between 1000 and 1330 hours daily, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. The tender fee must be paid through a pay order or bank draft from any scheduled bank in favour of DG Pakistan Rangers (Sindh). Details of the weapons requiring spare parts will accompany the tender forms.

Sealed tenders must be deposited in the tender box by 1400 hours on 19 November 2026. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 1430 hours in the presence of the concerned or authorized representatives of participating firms.

The Director General, Pakistan Rangers (Sindh), reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders under the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules 2004.
