SMBBMU Larkana Tenders for Convocation 2026 Services and Gymnasium Equipment

Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Medical University (SMBBMU), Larkana, Sindh, invites electronic bids through EPADS for convocation services and gymnasium equipment. Eligible bidders include active taxpayers, qualified catering, decoration and event management service providers, and reputable firms, companies, distributors and suppliers registered with the SPPRA E-PADS system, Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), Sales Tax and Income Tax departments. Manual bids will not be considered.

Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs), containing the tender details, can be obtained from the office of the Planning, Procurement & Logistics Officer on working days between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM. The non-refundable tender fee must be paid by demand draft or pay order in favour of the Vice Chancellor, Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Medical University, Larkana.

Bidding documents must be submitted through SPPRA EPADS, with a copy also delivered in a sealed envelope to the office of the Planning, Procurement & Logistics Officer, SMBBMU Larkana, according to the respective schedule. Bids will be opened on the same day at that office in the presence of representatives who wish to attend.

Submit the original bid security equal to 5% of the total cost in the form of a pay order or demand draft with the Standard Bidding Documents, and upload a copy to the SPPRA EPADS portal.

SMBB Medical University, Larkana, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or terminate proceedings at any stage, under the rules and regulations framed by SPPRA.
