DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi EOI: Fuel Station Development at Park Road (Margalla Orchard)

Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Islamabad-Rawalpindi invites Expressions of Interest from Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) to develop and operate a fuel station facility at a prime site on Park Road (Margalla Orchard). The site area is 5 kanals; the opportunity is reserved exclusively for OMCs.

Key financials: Monthly reserved rent Rs. 10,000,000 and an upfront land utilization payment of Rs. 600,000,000 as per DHA terms and conditions. Interested OMCs must submit an EOI including company profile, relevant fuel-station operating experience, evidence of financial capability, and a proposed concept.
