NADRA Invitation to Bid: Hiring Rental Building (Mumtaz City / Tarnol) — up to 3,500 sq ft

Issuer: National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA), Regional Head Office Islamabad, Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan. Reference: RHO/Isb/Admin-29/2026.

Purpose: Hiring of rental office space for establishment of a NADRA office at Mumtaz City or Tarnol. Required covered area: up to 3,500 sq. ft.

Bidding procedure: Single Stage - Two Envelope as per Rule 35(b) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions are available free of cost via ePADS V2 and on the PPRA website.

Submission: Complete bids must be submitted through ePADS by 20 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The original hard copy of the Bid Security must also be submitted by 20 October 2026 at 11:00 AM; otherwise the electronic bid will not be accepted.

Bid opening: Technical bids/proposals will be opened on 20 October 2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of eligible bidders. If the bid opening date is a gazetted holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day.
